Manager in Training Program
Our Manager in Training (MIT) program is a comprehensive 24-month development initiative that provides aspiring leaders with experience across all hotel departments. This program is uniquely structured to include work experience at both The Landmark London and our sister property, the Royal Lancaster London. Culminating, in a one-month placement at our sister property in Bangkok, Thailand, where accommodation is provided. Successful and dedicated participants receive invaluable exposure to all facets of hotel operations, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to excel in leadership roles. Upon completion, graduates of the program are guaranteed a junior managerial position within one of our prestigious properties, paving the way for a successful career in hospitality.
Mentor Program
Our Mentor Program pairs graduates and interns with experienced senior managers, fostering a supportive environment for learning and professional growth. Senior managers provide guidance, share expertise, and assist mentees in the completion of their final projects, ensuring they gain practical insights and valuable advice to further their careers.
Leadership Academy
